RETURN POLICY

Pzuuu General Item Return Policy - In most cases, items shipped by Pzuuu should be returned within 30 days of delivery. You will receive an email with the shipping date and other details after the order was shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements related to them. Please contact us before returning defective items in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions. 30-day product guarantees that your item is damaged, different or not working? If so, you are protected and can file a claim, the procedure is outlined below. Within 30 days of receiving the product, please contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether a refund or replacement is required.
If we need more information, we will review the claim and contact you.
3. If approved, we will refund or resend the item and you may also be asked to return the product.

Customers only pay for shipping (including returns). When returning
Consumers are not charged a return fee.
Where do I pay back?

Refund (if applicable)
Once we receive and check your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and will automatically apply the credit card to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
